If I am self-pay/uninsured, can I be seen at your clinics?

Yes. South Central Primary Care offers a Sliding Fee Scale for all patients who are qualified under the Federal Poverty Guidelines that are issued yearly. In order to qualify, one needs to complete the Sliding Fee Scale Application and return it with proof of income, address and picture identification. Discounts are based on the number of people in the household and total household income. No one is denied service due to inability to pay.

Can I talk to someone after Hours?

SCPC offers after-hours coverage to our patients. A physician is always available by phone after hours for both adults and children (800-221-5936). He/she may be reached by calling the number of the office at which the patient is seen. All phones are forwarded to an answering service at the close of each business day, weekends, and holidays.

Who owns the health center?

South Central Primary Care is an independently owned facility that is governed by a Board of Directors. Therefore, the services we provide are determined by the community and not a corporate entity.
