
History
Established in 1992, South Central Primary Care, Inc. (SCPC) is a 501c3, non-profit network of twelve Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) serving the communities of Irwin, Ben Hill, Coffee, Berrien, Lowndes, Cook and Atkinson counties. SCPC is governed by a Board of Directors made up of local community members who are also active patients of the center. SCPC is a member of the Georgia Association for Primary Healthcare (GAPHC) and received the honor of Community Health Center of the Year in 2010.

If I am insured, can I be seen at your clinics?
Absolutely! South Central Primary Care offers the same services to Insured, underinsured and uninsured patients. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most major Private Insurance Plans. Any co-pays due are required at the time of service. A Sliding Fee Scale is available for all patients who qualify based on Federal Poverty Guidelines that are issued yearly.
